THE SALARIS TEA BAG 4GM C.s.e™ GOODS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY RELATES TO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS OF CONSUMER PURCHASE FROM AUTHORIZED DEALERS OF C.s.e. ™ SALARIS TEA BAG 4GM. WHEN A CONSUMER PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A C.s.e™ MERCHANDIZE AND WISH TO RETURN AND REFUND BACK, HE/SHE SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO COVERED UNDER THE C.s.e™ GOODS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. BELOW ARE THE REQUIREMENT:
Applicant shall have 60 calendar days to return the item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must at least have one unused SALARIS Tea Bag 4gm in the 10in1 commercial box and in the same condition as been purchased.
The return item must be in the original packaging.
The return item must be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase and also a complete detail of the Goods Return and Refund Form
Once we have receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item via email or text message (whichever convenient).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account number (or original method of payment).
You should receive the refunds within certain amount of days, depending on your location.
We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are covered. When you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund amount.
